Two monks were discussing the merits of their respective masters.
“I know my master is enlightened because when he steps outside,birds pay attention to him. They sing and flowers bow his way. What greater sign could there be? “
“My master is even greater. All things ignore him, but he doesn’t
ignore the smallest thing. No matter how insignificant the task,
he gives it complete attention.”
